We have our own finishing department and specialize in hand-rubbed wax finishes which enhance and beautify the bookcases. All of the Pine bookcases can be waxed for lighter finishes or stained and waxed for darker colors. Charges for finishing depend on the size and the type of finish. The typical range is $125.00 to $250.00 per bookcase. We offer a clear acrylic finish on the Maple bookcases which brings out the beauty of the maple wood. The Maple bookcases are priced with the finish included.

For customers interested in doing their own finishing, we offer the products that we use and supply easy-to-follow directions for completing a successful project.

All bookcases are sanded to finish grade. They can also be painted, however we do not offer that service. We will coordinate painting with a local contractor.
